15 year old Cyzari is nothing special. And that's the problem. She has the Dragon Mark, which means that she is supposed to have some great power or ability. Because she doesn't, she is bullied and ignored at school. Until Dean Williams shows up and changes everything. Now the Prince and a familiar stranger seem very keen on taking Cyzari to the palace, and dragons a showing up with an interest in her.
