This follows the next generation of shadowhunters. Clace's kids, Sebastian's son, Malec's special son, a white law, a mundane raised Lovelace, and Aline and Helen's daughter. Magnus and Alec are running their own institute in a disaster torn Europe. The next generation is faced with their own share of adventure in work to protect the mundane world from a rising race.
