Cinderella Retold [hiatus]

The clock strikes twelve, and the countdown begins... Alexander Leighton finds the missing part of his life at the masquerade ball that his parents have suddenly spoken of, and when he finds out the reason behind it, it causes a small rift in the family. Alex is given no longer than 48 hours, from midnight to search for his 'cinderella',but will her troubled past affect how his family feel about her, and most importantly, how he feels?
