What if order 66 never existed? What if Cont Doku was in charge not The Emperor?

Ok this is my first Fan-fic for Star Wars, and I'm basing some chapters off of parts/senses/episodes form "Star Wars The Clone Wars Show" So all the regular characters are in here but Order 66 doesn't against and neither dose The Emperor, but the Clone Wars are still going but the Spertice have special help. (sorry for my spelling/grammar mistakes)
