When Clow "the owner of the Clow Card" was reborn he tried to steal the Sakura Cards( recently Clow Cards) from the guardian named Kero Chan. But he can't open the book for only the chosen one can open it. And when the force of Ryokin "the reincarnation of Sakura Kinomoto" was detected by the book, the magical book was open and the Sakura Cards escaped from it. And now it is his mission, together with Shuri, Yona, Ryori and Mieru, to collect all Sakura Cards before the reincarnation of Clow recover his powers and steal again those cards.
