Chapter 1: Elaina

Elaina Johnson is a 17 year old girl in her senior year. She goes to school at Creston High in Washington. Elaina was never one to speak up during conversations. She was usually quiet and was mostly invisible at school, which didn't bother her. She always found comfort in books and music. I mean, who could blame her? When you get your heart broken you just give up. So what will she do when Alex Palmer tries to get to know her?
Alex Palmer is 17 years old and in his senior year with Elaina. He never really noticed Elaina, but one day when he accidentally runs into her he can't stay away. What is it about Elaina that makes him feel drawn to her? That's the exact question he is trying to find out. And he plans on getting answers.
