Julie Kenne is having a pretty hard life, she's failing 8th grade, she's getting bullied, her parents are getting a divorce and aside from that the boy she likes just wants to be friends. But then she touches a mysterious blue stone in the woods behind her house and not only does she get mysterious powers over ice and snow but she finds the rock was really an egg...A dragon egg
