Description
(Rated PG-13 for violence) This is a story of an average person becoming more than they dreamed, or hoped, of being. Their name is Autumn. She is the average middle schooler, 14 years old and already has some of her future planned out. She's the one that sits in the back of the crowd and keeps silent, but can be outspoken and loud when she has a strong will to be. Gets good grades and has few friends, but she is happy with only a few. She isn't exactly a social person, and has been since she started going to Hallieton Middle High school in 3rd grade when she was 10. Thinking that life won't get better until she gets out of school and goes to college, she spends her time counting down the days until summer vacation, the years until graduation, and forgets to count the fun moments school and her few friends could bring. She's sees school and life in general as something dull and plain, something she has to "get over with." Her views on these subjects quickly change, when she accidentally stumbles onto an old willow tree in a forest of her backyard, and becomes something without warning that has yet been seen by monster, man, or creature in hundreds of years, that only few posses the abilities to be; a dragon slayer. - (Continue to read in Chapter 1: Introduction)
