An Everlasting Memory follows the same plot as Fahrenheit 451. However, this time, instead of burning books, it's burning photos. Morrone Safe, the protagonist, set out on a journey as a "firefighter" and realize that she opposes what the firefighters do. Therefore, she takes action, and eventually fulfills her goal through a long period of struggles.
