Chelsea is The Neighborhood biggest fan. She has been there since the day they practically started, but when they come to L.A for tour and meet Chelsea they barely even know her. She is upset and is determined to make them remember, but it only seems to make them forget even more. It only seems to make him forget and the others to not forgive.
