Prolouge

An officer transfers to the CCG in Japan where she learns about the ghouls there. Silent and emotionless she studies the world of ghouls in a different city. She studies Tokyo Ghouls.

In Tokyo a 17 year old lives among humans. With the name Zephar. Zephar works in a coffee shop called anteiku. However despite Zephar's appearance, he's not as human as you'd think. For he's or rather she's, a ghoul hidden in plain sight.
