Crash Landing

When Kanan, Hera, and Ezra are stranded on a planet, Akan, it's up to Ahsoka, Sabine, Zeb, and the grumpy astromech, Chopper to save them before Darth Vader gets to them first. Will the rebels be able to survive the wrath of the Sith? Or will they be caught and be gone... for good. (First fanfic on here) I do not own Star Wars Rebels just the plot.
