Description
Cassie Ross left her home and traveled to Lincoln Valley with the promise of new beginnings. Everything that she thought could go wrong with her old life, had gone wrong. Her mother told her that this new place was for the best, that it might just heal the wounds. She didn't know. She didn't know just how crazy it would get. Because these Northerners were unlike any people she had met before. They were stronger, bigger and angrier. They spoke of things that didn't make sense and told her things she didn't believe. They all follow one person... and she can't keep her eyes off of him. He's everything she isn't. Bold, daring, rash and angry, Will is the leader and she wants nothing more than to follow, but a small voice in her head says to fear him. Cassie can't wrap her mind around these feelings and the changes that are happening to her but Will, the one she's most afraid of and most attracted to, seems to have the answers. Cassie is learning things about Lincoln Valley and about herself, that she hadn't thought possible. This is not the new beginning she had in mind.
