Toshiro Tanaka is a freelance assassin for hire who covers his dirty deeds by advertising a false veil and headdress company. When sent on his next mission to kill the royal family of a distant prefecture while being disguised as the individual making a custom veil for his daughter's wedding and soon after becoming an impromptu bodyguard, Tanaka must choose between his career, his morals and feelings. In an alternate, African-american and Japanese-inspired universe filled with geisha gangs, hitmen and government officials who want his head on a silver platter, will he be able to successfully accomplish everything while staying alive?
