Prologue

Ava Dimagiba, a strung-out psych major and horror genre, anti-suffered a personal tragedy in the form of her childhood best friend, David Alonzo, dying in a car accident She writes a letter that is buried with him, in which she expresses her sadness and regret at not being able to reconnect with him. But even before she can process her grief, David comes back to Ava's life as a ghost.
