This is the story of new trauma attending Elizabeth Hayes, and how she will fare in the hospital that is Grey Sloan.

We will see her build relationships, tear down others, struggle with work and go through unbearable trauma. Will she make it to the end and get her happily ever after? If so who will it be with?
