Chapter 1: Prologue

Humans had always been unaware of a smaller race living literally under their feet and never being seen, did them justice.
Kept them safe, unharmed and unheard of.
They're pretty much human, just, smaller. Much, much smaller. The tallest just making four inches. They lived in peace, in secrecy. Until, a young girl, Adeline Watch, slipped up. She had been ten at the time, and since then, since her capture, she's grown into a beautiful young woman.
Adeline had been snatched from her family and they had never truly healed, but they knew, they'd probably never see their daughter again.
