Before Sunset Shimmer began living her life in another dimension, she lived in the magical land of Equestia; a place filled with colorful ponies. After being accepted into Princess Celestia's school for gifted Unicorns, she became Princess Celestia's favorite student. One day a tragic event caused her loyalty to the Princess to fade, which made her decide abandoned her studies and escape to a strange world inhabited by strange beings known as humans. What made Sunset Shimmer have this feeling of fleeing Equestia and how will Sunset Shimmer fit in with new dimension she ended up in without magic?
