Charlotte Marie Rãe. The girl that had everything. Fame, fortune, and beauty, it wasn't everything for her though. She wanted more. All her life she had grown up with people adoring her. She was Panem's sweetheart and everyone loved her, everyone except her parents.

Her parents were victors of past Hunger Games and married for fame. To them Charlotte was just another career in training.
