Description
Donatello didn't know what to expect. One moment, he's wishing his family and his girlfriend goodnight, the next he's waking up in a desolate and unfamiliar place. His home is destroyed and broken, his family is scattered, and the intelligent turtle knows that he has to do something to wake himself from this nightmare. He sets out to find his family, but the mutants he knew are gone. Leonardo's will is shattered, his eyes unseeing and his heart crushed with the woes of the world. Raphael is cold and ruthless, but deep inside he's more broken than ever. Michelangelo no longer laughs, his smile and most of his left arm gone; no longer a jokester, but a hardened warrior. Destiny is sorrowful and alone, damaged beyond repair from tortures she endured, wondering how she's managed to stay alive through everything. Sarina is no longer the cyborg Donnie knows, her emotions and memories wiped away. A lot can happen in thirty years, and Donatello missed all of it. Now, he's the only turtle who can bring his family back together and defeat the Shredder once and for all, freeing them from this bleak and desolate future.
