Prologue

The Final War destroyed the old ways of human kind, and now that society has reassembled life can flourish in Utopia. Ether never expected his research would drop an almost human experiment as his door. Now he has to be responsible for teaching X139 what it is to live, love, and be human, when he himself isn't a glowing beacon of existence. Things become even more complicated when X139's night terrors begin and suspicion is turned on Ether for the missing experiment.
