The year 2050, the world is ruled by Vampires.
The human race doesn't exist anymore except for 3 very important children. But no people means no blood for the Vampires. The chairman Robert Downey Jr of the Congress of the Vampires and his team try everything to find a suitable replacement for natural blood, but they need the three remaining children for that.
