Two years later, in 2009 after the events of the Dark War, the New York Shadowhunters--Clary, Jace, Alec and Isabelle-- are swept off to rainy London, where the group meets up the one and only warlock, Tessa Gray who decides to help Jace in discovering the family that he never knew.
