It's been a year since Ava ended her relationship with Nash and she has started a new life with her new best friend by her side. But one day when she gets an anonymous call saying that her mom is in the hospital she rushes back to California, a place she never wanted to visit again. As she visits her mother she never planned on seeing Nash, especially in the state he was in. In Nash's eyes Ava was once found but then lost again.
