Lieutenant Katherine Jacobs is in the United States Marine Corps. On the day Katherine was born, her parents abandoned her. She was left on a porch in the pouring rain crying her little heart out. Her cries flowed through out the house she was by reaching the ears of the General. He slowly opened to door, only to see a beautiful little girl crying. His face softened as he picked her up and brought her inside. She slowly stopped crying and fell asleep in his arms. From that day he has raised her as his own daughter and he loved her so much. He trained her in the ways of the Marines and soon enough she became the 3 star General. Katie is very special because she is the Legendary Raiju.
