Vale Undecim - The Fall of the Eleventh Doctor

The Doctor has a bright idea to go see his Ponds one last time before he goes. He takes along Clara and the two companions get along finely. The Doctor reveals that he released a time rift and that Manhattan may soon be destroyed. Clara, Amy, Rory, and the Doctor split up so they can find each time rift before time runs out. Will they be able to save Manhattan before the Doctor regenerates?
