How it began

Kana was an inspector for division one of the MWPSB. She was labelled a latent criminal soon after joining and later replaced by Akane Tsunemori. With a 0% chance of rehabilitation, Kana's only choice was to become an enforcer. While there, she discovers that the world is more cruel than she had first thought, especially when recent criminal events are beginning to all connect back to an old friend of hers.

Kana will be replacing Yayoi Kunizuka - mostly because I believe she was the one person who was least important in the anime (sorry to anyone who likes her) and I feel like if she doesn't replace someone then there will be too many people (^_^;)
