Navy Blue (CH.1)

When Jamal Washington is reassigned to Fleet Activities Chinhae in Busan, South Korea, his family relocates from Saratoga Springs Naval Base in Upstate New York as well. So begins the tale of his daughter, 16 year old Aaliyah Washington and her struggles to assimilate to a world and society so different from her norm.
