Prologue

When Ashley was rushed to a hospital after her parents were lost to a fire, she was sent to an adoption center. She makes a friend in Brooklyn, but Ashley is adopted by Lizzie and Joel, causing their friendship to slowly fall apart. Will life with Lizzie look up?
