Prologue

Sebastian had a terrible childhood where his parents were his only company. He was mistreated by the two people who were meant to cherish him, but in the end they brought him the most pain. After eight torturous years, his mother brought twins into the world, which were the best thing that ever happened to him. His life was turned around for the better. When the twins were eleven, he mysteriously disappears. Both twins were heartbroken and went their separate ways. Alexis mistrusted what her parents told them about Sebastian's disappearance while James believed every word. They started to lose hope that one day he would return but were surprised to see a special visitor when they arrived home one day. Alexis is full of questions and doubts. Why did he leave? Why is he barely coming back after six long years? Alexis is too overwhelmed to ask anything. What could go wrong? That's when all hell broke loose.
