Luna and Aylin 'Chandler'.

Their mother, Selene, is the goddess of the moon and she sent her daughters to Earth so that they can learn about humans and the planet Earth itself.

Of course, Luna and Aylin have powers since their mother is a goddess but they have limits to their powers because of how strong they can get. When they first arrive on Earth their powers are not fully awakened yet, but during their stay strange things happen.
