Chapter One

We don't have a say in where life takes us, but we do have a say in who will be there by our side.
I didn't expect to meet a man who changed my whole life with just one smile. I also didn't think I would fall in love with him, let alone marry him.
I always believed that when I did meet someone, we'd raised a family and die old together.
But I guess that's where life comes in.
