Mr. Smith is a man who likes to get his way and no one should get in the way of what he wants. And what he wants is Elizabeth. But Elizabeth doesn't see the point in being in a relationship with her boss, therefore making things difficult for him. Then comes in Ian Smith. Elizabeth doesn't realize that he's one of the brothers to Mr. Smith and she happens to fall for him. Just like Mr. Smith, Ian is hot and sexy but personality wise, he's the total opposite of him. But dating Ian will cause complications between Elizabeth and Mr. Smith that are life changing.
