Bobbie leaves behind the glitzy lights of Las Vegas and heads for the neon lights of Tokyo where her old friend Neela is now living.

Neela knows there's a motive behind the unprompted visit and she's determined to find out what's going on with her friend; while Bobbie's about to discover that it doesn't matter how far you run, the past will always catch up with you.
