Fast forward 150 years in the future and Yukimura Chizuru is reincarnated as a 17 year old girl named Akihana Haruka without any recollection of her past life.

As an attempt to change the fates of the Shinsengumi captains, Senhime thrusts Chizuru's reincarnation back into the past. Posing as her historical counterpart, Haruka has to survive from the start all over again with a different name, different appearance and different personality.
