Though they are twins, they could not be anymore different. There was Harley, the bubbly, quirky, happy go lucky twin, whom was always cheerful. Then there was Riot, the rude, arrogant, salacious, and most importantly; Catastrophic twin, whom loved to wreak havoc. The only similarities were the love of crime, the blonde hair, the blue eyes, and the immense lack of sanity. The GPD were just chomping at the bit to lock one of The Joker's crew members up at Arkham, so when they get their chance, they jump on it; hauling Riot off in the process. Finally locked up at Arkham, she is quickly forced into rehabilitation with the one and only; Dr. Jonathan Crane, but the question is how long will she stay in that God forsaken cage?
