Chapter 1: Kari

Zakari (Za-kar-ee) is a 18 year old high school senior who also works part time at the Blue Monkey, a gentlemens' club, every Friday night needing to save up enough money for college. She doesn't have a daddy and her mom is never home but she doesn't let that define her as a person; she makes straight As and is a very talented artist. But one dreadful night changes her life and in all the commotion she meets cold-hearted, 19 year old Christian Vester who's In the position to take over his father's fortune five hundred company. Will Christian be her knight in shining armor? Or will he dwell in his selfish ways? Will they find love in the midst of everything?
