Prologue

Eighteen-year-old, timid, all-loving May Katherine Angelica Turner comes home one day to find out that her father has gambled her off to twenty-five-year-old, multi-millionaire Alexander Felix "Alex" Sutton who doesn't believe that he can ever love: period, and is married to his job as CEO of Sutton & Chavan Inc.
