When Angels "father" joins town council He and his family get invited to a dinner that the Brewer family has thrown in celebration of them being re-elected is not only when Angel and Phantom meet but when her "father" finds out that they need a dog walker he volunteered her to do it wanting to stay on the mayors good side. As Angel and Phantom start becoming friends and learn more about each others lives, they grow closer. but when Phantom starts to notice marks on Angel and how her attitude changes by the end of the day he starts grow concerned.
