Description
"RUN!" I felt my heart beat faster and faster as my feet seemed to keep moving with zero hesitation. The sirens were becoming louder, I wasn't fast enough. "Run Zoe!" My feet found a little more strength and sped up. I felt my left foot get caught in the broken sidewalk, my face hit the concrete with much force. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion, the sirens were loud my ears rang at the sound. I heard foot steps behind my head and I didn't need to turn around to see who it was, it was the police. My hands were handcuffed behind my back by now, and I remember a police officer lifting me up from the hard ground and placing me in the back seat of a police car. I remember all of this even though I tell people I do not recall the days when I was a so called rebel, I guess you could say I've lied to many people but I'm ok with that. But I do tell people I had a phase when I was a total bad girl, and most people ask me if I regret those days..and I tell them every time that with out my rebel day I would have never meet the love of my life, Cameron Alexander Dallas.
