Begining of Summer (On Tour)

Sierra suffers cancer and is afraid to let the hope of living get in her way. She doesn't want medicine or surgery, she doesn't want her single mom with two other daughters to pay for her since she doesn't have state insurance.
Earlier that summer, Riley McDonough and his brothers visit her on tour...does he visit her surprisingly in the hospital? Do they find love? Does sierra give up her life because she cared so much? Does her mom refuse not to pay because she cares?
