With only months left in her life, she has lost all hope and has gotten depressed. That was until she met Jared, the new guy on the block. Throughout their forming relationship, Jared restores her hope and her depression subsides. But as her condition gets worst, their relationship is on the lines and Jared learns that the lasting moments they have together are the ones they have to cherish most of all.
