When Tyler Joseph goes into a coma from a basketball accident things turn for the worst. When he wakes up from his coma he learns that his long time best friend Joshua Dun hooked up with his girlfriend of 2 years, Kate. He decides he needs to get revenge, and he finds just the person to help. What happens when he starts developing feelings for that person?
