17 year old Cassie doesn't have a loving family like most teens. Her mother is dead and her abusive father blames her for it. A part of her feels bad for her father but another says its time to try and escape. When her father beats her and leaves her in an alley to die, Harry finds her and takes her in vowing to keep her safe no matter what.
