Carter Owens keeps to herself. Doesn't really socialize with many people and only has one friend Skylar Jacobs.

During the day she attends Lakeveiw High, where she try's not to sleep in the really boring classes and to keep as distance from her home life as possible.

But all of that comes to an end when Carter runs into bad boy Jayden Michaels. Jayden then begins to find more about her. But will that save her? Or destroy them both?
