Chapter 1-Aiden

Wolves are peaceful creatures, except when they have human hearts trapped beneath their pelts; human hearts that are tortured, broken beyond repair. Aiden Knox is 17 years old when he is viciously attacked by a wolf in a city alleyway, not a normal place for a wolf. He dismissed the incident as an attack by a stray dog, but it was so much more than that. War is about to break out and Aiden is forced into it whether he likes it or not. No matter though, death and pain run hand in hand with the Knox family, and The Shift is only the beginning.
