Natsu and Angel had been best friends since childhood, but one day when they are both 14 Angel's parents divorced and her mom carried her to another country.

When Angel turns 17 her mom dies of Breast Cancer and she has no choice but to move back to her home town and live with her grand parents.

She enrolls at Fiore High School, when seeing her best friend and crush Natsu Dragneel. She is heart broken when she sees him with a girlfriend but sucks it up and hides her feelings thinking that natsu doesn't like her back. But that isn't the case,he likes her too ever since they were kids.
