Aleshia Carter was a nobody. She lives in a small apartment with her single mum. She's only 16 but she already takes college courses. Everyone knows her as 'the girl in the back' so no one expected her to be an amazing singer right? Her friend changes her life overnight when she tapes her singing and posts it on Youtube and it goes viral. She gets a shot to go to LA with two guys but they're both vying for her attention.
