After four years in Oxford and a Post-Degree in Cambrigde, this magical twenty-eiht year old, mind kneds an Economical Empire that becomes unstoppable. After years of developing new security devices and meassures for companies, schools, goverments and any private or public facility, Chester finds the USA economy on his own hands. The only thing he doesn't seem to handle seems to be more tangible. And it has the face of a teenage boy.
