Lily Collins is a regular 17 year old girl she's just like everyone else except there's just one thing different about her.

She has Cerebral Palsy.

When she goes to her favorite Camp every summer for a week there's a special guest there this year. But it's not just anybody it's her favorite band One Direction.

After she gets to know them and they get to know her they keep in contact and become like brothers to her but her heart gets broken when she finds out that the boys were just using her for publicity.
